Pool Access
All Valley Ranch Pool Facility Use Agreements MUST be submitted only by the Association Member (homeowner) age 18+. The Member account shall be charged each time a Pool Facility Use Agreement (PFUA) is submitted per the Fee section detailed in the PFUA.
The Association reserves the right to disapprove the application if the application and/or supplemental documentation described in the PFUA is incomplete or the information does not appear credible.
The Association reserves the right to disapprove the application for all members in a household if a resident in the household has a criminal trespass warning or criminal trespass on record with local law enforcement.
The Association reserves the right to disapprove the application if the Member’s account is not in good standing, i.e., delinquent. Tenants of delinquent Members shall be denied access to the Facility.
Any PFUA is revocable by the Association at any time upon good cause.
The standard lead-time is four business days. Please be aware it could take less time or it could take longer depending on the volume of applications in the queue.
THE PFUA REQUIRES YOU TO ATTACH A HEADSHOT COLOR PHOTO CLEARLY SHOWING YOUR FACE LIKE A PASSPORT PHOTO WITH NO HAT, MASK, GLASSES OR SUN GLASSES; NOT A PICTURE OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND NOT A PICTURE OF YOUR PASSPORT. NO ONE ELSE MAY BE IN THE PHOTO EXCEPT THE APPLICANT. DO NOT INCLUDE CHILDREN IN THE PHOTO. YOUR PFUA WILL BE REJECTED IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
PLEASE NOTE, ONE (1) PFUA MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH ADULT (18+) APPLICANT. ONE (1) UNIQUE BRIVO MOBILE PASS PER ADULT (18+) IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE POOL. EVERY PFUA MUST HAVE A UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS. NO TWO (2) PFUAs CAN HAVE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS.

Member Household - This version of the Agreement is requesting pool access and a Brivo Access license for one (1) adult Member or Applicant age eighteen (18+) permanently living at the Member’s address for the current year’s pool season. This Agreement may only be submitted by the Member age 18+. The Member account shall be charged each time this Agreement is submitted per the Fee section in PFUA. Applicant shall list all children aged seventeen (17) or younger permanently living at the Member’s address (as applicable).
Member Teen 14-17 - This version of the Agreement is requesting pool access and a Brivo Access license for one (1) Member’s Teen age fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) for the current year’s pool season. This Agreement may only be submitted by the Member age 18+. The Member account shall be charged each time this Agreement is submitted per the Fee section in the PFUA. Applicant’s Teen aged fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) must permanently live at the Member’s address.
Tenant Household - This version of the Agreement is requesting pool access and a Brivo Access license for one (1) adult Tenant (Member’s Guest) age eighteen (18+) for the current year’s pool season. This Agreement may only be submitted by the Member age 18+. The Member account shall be charged each time this Agreement is submitted per the Fee section in the PFUA. List all Tenant’s children aged seventeen (17) or younger permanently living at the Tenant’s address (as applicable).
Tenant Household Teen 14-17 - This version of the Agreement is requesting pool access and a Brivo Access license for one (1) Member’s Teen age fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) for the current year’s pool season. This Agreement may only be submitted by the Member age 18+. The Member account shall be charged each time this Agreement is submitted per the Fee section in the PFUA. Tenant’s Teen aged fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) must permanently live at the Tenant’s address.

- Tuesday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Monday – Closed (unless it is a holiday)
- Thursday & Saturday – 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM reserved for individuals and families with special needs
